My Story..Seeking Graduation Advice

Hello All,

Well here is the rundown. I'm graduating from a non-target, but a well-respected school this May. Currently holding a Cum GPA of 3.44 and Major GPA 3.65 majoring in Finance. I held a co-op/internship at a top healthcare firm summer prior to my senior year. My roles were SOX/Fixed and Capital Assets. Great work experience, great people, learned a lot and enjoyed it tremendously. This leaves us to the area where I need advice. I have been sending resumes out and networking like a mad man. I feel like I'm losing focus on my 4 final classes of my undergrad because I'm trying to get out there and network. Im seeking to enter IB and this has been a true passion of mine for a long time. Therefore, should I wait and gain work exp. and try to enter into a top MBA program or go right for my masters now? Is there a chance of landing something MM or Boutique or possibly Equity or Asset Mgmt to gain work experience? Should I be continuing to reach out to land IB Analyst Prgms? I feel like coming from a non-target I won't have a shot on earth to get a decent position where I can learn and grow my skill set and become successful. At this point, as bad as I want to enter IB and this industry, I will work for free just to get my foot in the door and learn something. All help is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks AGAIN!
