Need Advice - Complacent
Hello WSO, needing some advice
Took a startup position because I was in a super toxic environment, don’t regret it because the company is amazing. They pay for trips, generous on expenditures, remote abilities, and great people I work with. I just miss making money, having the right pressure and working on cool deals and what not.
Trying to make a push to break back in, but unsure how to go about it because I feel like I’ve been out of the game for a bit now. Don’t want to self dox so if you want more details I can give them, but really would appreciate an ear to have as a sounding board/advice.
Mid 20’s NYC, would love to break into LMM/MM ECM/Rx.
