Need advice - how to best go about recruitment (international)
Okay so to preface I am a US dual citizen living abroad, and the university I go to is non-target. I do not have finance experience at all (mainly accounting) but am looking to make the move to the US and switch to finance within 1 go (a summer internship). The problem is that because I don't have access to a career centre I feel like it's 30x harder for me to get anywhere. I have been networking but it's very hard to get a good response rate given no one in the States has ever heard of my university...what is my best bet here?
