Need Advice on employment path.

Hi Guys,

SO I have worked my ass off for the last year working part time at a high end retail store and the moving into fulltime 6 months ago and am currently being offered an assistant manager position all while be a full time student with a 3.76 GPA. (Not trying to be cocky; Currently 2nd semester of freshman year). But I was recently offered an internship at a company that essentially handles the billing and coding aspects of various healthcare providers allowing them to worry about serving patients and less about the Finance aspect. In the internship I would be working in accounts receivable or managed accounts. I would make about $1-2 less an hour during the 13-week internship and may hurt my standing with the retail company for the next semesters of school. So my ultimate question is which path should I take? Obviously the money is where im currently at but I feel as though the finance experience is something I cannot pass up as like many of you I am a Wall Street hopeful.
