Need Help Deciding Next Career Move

I went from IB to PE to IB in NYC

I think I have another year left in me, but want to make a significant change to focus on other aspects of my life.

About me: I'm introverted, ADHD, could never do a sales type job, creative and good at analytics but bad at modeling and circular thinking. Hated PE due to all the detailed BS work and processes that never went anywhere. I think I hate finance in general, but love the strategy / critical thinking part of it. a

Really the only criteria for my next potential gig is free weekends and for it to be something that matches with my strengths.

I've considered: long only funds, VC, startup.

Just looking for any and all ideas since I'm sure there's many jobs out there I'm not even aware of.

Thanks in advance.
