Negotiating first job offer
Hi everyone,
I'm a recent graduate and I just got my second full-time offer in consulting. Both of these are specialty boutique consulting firms. The first offer was from a 100-people company and the second offer is from a 650+ people company. However, I got almost the exact same offer from the second company as the first one. I really want to negotiate but it is really hard during the current financial times (so many people are getting laid off etc.). What advice would you have?
