Negotiating on two offers?

I have two offers for MM commercial banking, both with BBs. One is 60k/5k and the other 62.5k/5k, I'm assuming a small bump for the latter because of cost of living in that city. How do you even begin to negotiate, start with the firm I like best? Also, end of the year bonuses aren't mentioned in either offer. CB not get bonuses, or are they typically not mentioned in the offer?

Generally speaking bonuses are based on your performance and the fees generated from deals throughout the year, so they don't put anything in an offer letter that will be "set in stone."

Just assume that if you work hard and perform well that your bonus in MM CB will be 10-15% of base, could be a little less or a little more, who knows?

Those are VERY standard CB offers and you won't be able to negotiate them. Which offer are you leaning towards? Can you provide what cities they are for? (Don't let the 2.5K sway your decision)
