Networking at Boutiques?
I'm currently a sophomore applying for SA2023 internships at regional boutiques. When applying for these, should I still be reaching out to analysts for a coffee chat/networking as I would for BB, EB, MM SA2024? The shops I'm applying to are around 15-30 ish people max- do you need referrals in the same way you would for BB, etc recruiting? Or would I be fine just submitting an application through the job posting?
