find people in the team you want at the bank you want on linkedin and then find the company's email format and then just write them an email introducing yourself and asking for a quick chat. people are way nicer in this industry than people think and cold emailing non-alums actually has a good success rate if the email is good and your background is solid. if it is alumni always sign off with your school motto. during the phone call or coffee chat work your magic - they also know what you are looking for because no one is stupid so if they decide to talk to you that is a good sign already. send one follow up if they don't respond. good luck
