Networking Question - Finished up a SA position at a Chicago PE

So I am looking to move to NYC. I def want to continue to work in finance, currently finishing up a SA at a Chicago PE. I have a buddy who is very well connected in New York, and he asked me to give him a few bullet points of exactly what I am looking for.

I am really not gun ho at being at an IB, really open to any kind of analyst position. I'd prefer to be at some form of lender, but would take any corporate analyst gig if it seemed like the right opportunity.

If i have this really open mindset, just know i want to stick in an analyst role, how do you all think would be the best way to reflect this in a few bullet points? Thanks a lot, really appreciate the help!
