Networking Timelines
Hi, hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their end to the year. As someone interested in recruiting for RX, I'm aware that timelines kick off a little earlier than other groups at banks. Had the chance to talk to some folk who've told me that networking calls are difficult as of right now due to increased RX activity and end-of-year festivities. When do you think I should be reaching out in earnest for networking?
