Hi all, I’m a current SA at a BB. I’m interested in talking to people in a group at a different firm, but obviously wouldn’t want this getting back to the folks in my current group. What’s the best way to approach this/is there significant risk of this somehow getting back to my team? Also, when would be the ideal time to start this process? Thank you!
