Networking vs. Stalking
Ok, dumb dumb question.
I'm interested in becoming a trader and so I'm trying to get in contact with as many people at the firms that I want to work in as possible. So I've done linkedin, facebook, emailed all the recruiters I could find etc. This is after I've applied on the site and not heard back one way or another - I figure that the default answer is "no" but I'm not going to go down without a fight.
Anyway, I had one guy send me an IM that he was willing to talk and give his phone number and then later delete the message. Suffice it to say, the guy probably changed his mind and backed out, but it left me with a dilemma. How much of this is weird and stalkerish? I mean, I don't have very many options at this point but to try and network, but I don't want people to be weirded out.
I really want to get into trading WSO, what do I do?
