Never Getting Internship Interviews
Non target, rising junior. Have sent dozens of applications and cold emails to different companies from PWM to no-name boutiques to BBs. Not a single interview for this summer or next summer. I am very active in finance clubs at my school including leadership positions but have no internships. I have had my resume reviewed many times by recruiters, academic advisors, etc. Any potential reason why i am getting interviews ever? I’m really confused as almost everyone else seems to at least get some interviews.
