No follow-up emails, should I contact hr?

hi everyone, thanks for reading.

I received a verbal offer two days ago. The associate called me and said he would inform HR of arranging the follow-up processes. I also need to contact hr for my visa issues ( a little bit complicated, I am not going to bore you guys with it).

I waited for two days and received no emails and calls from hr. I don't know what to do next. should I just wait for a couple of days or maybe I need to send my emails to hr to explain my visa problems?

thanks again.
