No idea how to get out of a slump
Hi, I'm an intern at capital markets in ibd. Recently, I feel being in a slump. I've made mistakes a lot, and an analyst and vp were all disappointed at me. Even though it's not SA program, my reference is still important to get a job in this field but I'm sure something's going really wrong.. I dunno what I should do and how to get improved. Also considering to apply SA 2024(in UK or HK) but I'm nervous and scared that the application is on their lips (they will definitely know). Would appreciate if you can give any advice.
