No offer after 10 superdays…
Good GPA, work experience, and networking calls but still can’t get an offer after interviewing with 20+ banks and 10 superdays. What can I do now, is banking just not for me…

I would also ask an upperclassman to give you a behavioral mock interview and be 1000% honest with feedback to help as you look at other jobs. There is some element of luck in a superday but 0/10 on superdays implies there is something you are doing wrong in these interviews
Thanks man! It has definitely been hard to get constructive feedbacks, especially from interviewers. But I’ll be sure to keep working on that.
Yeah actual interviewers aren't going to give you feedback for legal reasons. But if any of your friends are also doing IB recruiting, or any upperclassmen you know, that's a good honest source. Even some of the WSO mentors where you pay a small amount for a call could be an idea if you really can't think of anyone
Keep interviewing
Been through that as well. Get feedback on how you are interviewing, it’s likely that you’re good on paper but you’re not “connecting” with your interviewers at the last hurdle. I have to admit that by the superday all the candidates are probably quite qualified so fit is key.
Yeah I think that's definitely what I have to work on, the fit part has been difficult for me as I get nervous during interviews.
