No offer because of headcount issue
Hi - yes I feel like shit but was wondering if I will be looked at negatively if I am recruiting for FT and have to disclose this info. All my feedback have been good and as far as I know there was no fit issue so I was blindsided. Would love any insight on how FT recruiting looks at this and any advice/guidance forwards.
