Nomura HK Equities Interview

I had follow-up interviews for Nomura HK Equities 3 days ago. I had 4 one-on-one interviews with the senior members in the team. I don't know why my interview comes so late because I heard that most of the people had interview in Dec/Jan.

I would like to know: 1. The HR told me it is a "follow-up" interview. I haven't met with the HR. Is it the final interview or just 2nd round? (I only had a phone interview with the AD before this round and I asked the HR whether this is the final round and she didn't reply) 2. Why is my interview so late? 3. I didn't hear from HR till now...does it mean a "ding"? 4. Anyone got Nomura HK Equities 2010 offer?
