Non I-banking Job Choices

I am trying to decide between internships for the summer and am somewhat unfamiliar with certain aspects of the positions I am considering. I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge of the compensation, the typical career progression (do they leave for a different industry or just continue up the hierarchy, etc), the reputation of the positions, and overall which you consider the best position. Or if you could just direct me to a resource I can look it up. I have an offer from one firm and am trying to decide whether to continue the interview process with any of the rest.

Positions: Corp Debt Products Analyst Risk Mgmt (BB and MM) Instituitional Services Associate at the Dimensional Fund
