Non-Target Consulting Timelines/Interviews

Question for you all:

I applied about three weeks ago (non-target) for BA/associate/AC/general entry level positions at MBB and a few other consulting firms.

As yet, I've heard absolutely nothing from anyone.

I understand that recruiting cycle deadlines for a lot of target schools are this week. Do firms tend to evaluate all on-cycle applications together? Or am I totally SoL because I haven't gotten a call within two weeks or so of applying?

And, does anyone know if McK/BCG/Bain email/call for pre-interview rejections?
