Can anyone mention some banks that offer structured off-cycle programs for IB, NYC specific? I am in a unique position where I can work in the Fall and graduate on time before starting full-time next May. I think I have a solid resume, but prestige doesn't matter too much to me. I am willing to work at a boutique as long as I get hands-on experience.
