NYC Recruiting from Aus

How difficult would it be to recruit for a BB/EB SA Role in NYC, coming from a top university and course in Australia (University of Sydney/UNSW/University of Melbourne)+(BCom&BLaw). Also considering dual Australian/American citizenship, and US based background.

Straight out of school would be very difficult (next to impossible). Best bet is to start in AUS and then ask if a move abroad would be possible which I think is pretty difficult but worth the shot.
