NYU Stern vs. UCSB (UG)

Obviously, Stern has great job placement. However, some UCSB people have made it to Wall Street (I can't post the link, but if you go to sbfinanceconnection . com / board . php , you can see a list of people that placed well).
There is a boutique IB in Santa Barbara. I could get internships there to build my resume. As a native Californian, the cost and culture of UCSB are appealing to me.

As somebody aspiring to working in IB/Buy-side, what are my chances of getting a job from UCSB?

Thoughts?
