Off cycle IB london 2020/2021

Dear Monkeys,

Looking for some advice to join IB through an off cycle internship after spending ~2y in an MBB (working mostly on corporate finance, strategy and DD projects).

1) Are banks mostly offering off-cycle opportunities on their website or does it rather work through intense networking with IB insiders who would pass over your CV to Partners/MDs ? 2) What is the usual timeline for this recruitment?

Any help on how to approach that would be appreciated !

Hey, do you know if Off cycles are open for postgrad students? My background is European non-target --> MSc at a UK target this coming year (finance-heavy, although not an MSF)
