Offer a consultant position instead of formal position?
Hey,
I just got an analyst position offer from a top tier company. They told me they will offer me a consultant position. not formal one. They will try to transfer me into formal full-time position after I got H1B Visa. And they told me the consultant company will contact me later.
Does it looks right? I never heard about this before, especially for a top tier company. What's the potential risk? Thanks.
