OFFERS: PNC AM VS Oracle BD

I am in my final year of college studying Business with an emphasis on Financial Markets. The past two days have been huge for me, got two offers after going through months of gruelling super days and interviews.
1) PNC Asset Management group (Cincinnati,Oh)
2) Oracle business development (Austin,TX)

Anyone have any insight into culture. work/life balance, progression inside the firms?

I have no contacts in either one and so don't really know how to compare these factors other than searching aimlessly on google. The compensation for PNC is higher but in Austin there is not state income tax so they work out pretty similar.

Any input appreciated
