Only 1 night to prepare for a 1st round interview

Hi, want to pick your brains regarding an interview at a small~medium sized hedge fund. This would be my 1st HF interview. Strategy is L/S.

Background:

Got the interview through a headhunter, and I pretty much only have 1 night to prepare. I am currently an IB analyst who just started his 2nd year. Not BB or EB

Stock pitch:

How should I prepare this one, given I literally only have 1 night to prepare now? and still have a lot of deal work going on?

Me:

When I have free time --- although not much --- I like to read about finance and non-finance related books, Matt Levine, and just general fun stuff to read, and follow some companies.

Tbh, I won't say I follow those companies very closely. I'm very interested in tech and consumer, especially tech. As someone who has decent coding capabilities, I know the technical side of some tech companies relatively well. Plan is to have 2 tech companies in stock.

I likely won't have time to prepare any (detailed) DCF model or read through any company's 10-Ks inside-out.

I'll mainly rely on my own fundamental idea about why a company is a good or bad. I'm not very caught up on all the news or catalysts of those companies I like and follow.

Seeking Recommendation:

What should I do? Am I worrying about this too much?
