Opportunites from a no-name boutique

Hi all

I've got an offer from a little known M&A boutique and am deciding of whether or not to take it.

I got good grades from a French target school but zero internships or other work experience (which is my main problem).

My main question is: Should I take it, given that I want to break into banking (not necessarily IB)? I'm not sure how it compares to starting one's career at a big bank and whether I would be left without something banking-related if I turn the offer down, considering that even though I'm on the way to a decent degree of a target school, I don't have any relevant work experience (which is probably needed for BB).

However, my main issue is that I am somewhat worried that the networking opportunities will be limited and that I will be stuck there without the chance of moving to the big banks later. Should I take it?
