Options as a sophomore

Hi,

I'm currently a sophomore and am looking into my options for the summer. In the scenario where i'm not able to obtain any of the sophomore program internships (i'm not a URM), what would be the best route for me, if I've done pwm at a bb already and ultimately want a BB ibd internship as a rising senior? The choices would be something like : 1) MO position at a BB (credit risk, corp. treasury, etc.)
2) internship at a boutique (random ones found from capIQ, probably not well-known ones). also, which divisions outside of IBD would be most relevant for IB?

Thanks!
