Other route besides Summers for 2024 grads?

Female from a B-school in Paris, just came to realize I missed all the summer applications for 2023 and graduating in 2024, currently doing equity research at a small boutique (sell-side research) and came to realize I would much rather work on deal execution instead of equity research, a bit panic to see all summer applications are closed tbh

Would really appreciated advice on:

1. What are other possible ways to get a full-time offer in London or Paris? (Another off-cycle? graduate program seems bit hard for my CV)

2. What are some of the possible skills I could build that will help me during the IB interviews during this research job? (Team members are pretty nice and chill persons so I can ask for different tasks when it's not earning season)
