People making hiring decisions, please advise.
Ab me: 3 yr ER exp at BB, MM, and a boutique (1 move w/ analyst, 1 team/bank switch).
I'm interviewing for mostly Jr analyst/Sr Assoc positions for various buy side shops in the HF, MF, and AM space.
Anyways, I always have great questions put together but I always wait till the "do you have any questions for me" part to do them; and since I have so many I feel that they will see my intellectual curiosity and smarts (from formulating the question) but they also may feel exasperated by the sheer number. Do you guys have any suggestions of how to mix these questions in btw the interviewer's questions? I am admittedly not very good at interviewing as I compare them to car crashes, I know something happened but details are hazy afterwards.... Also I am reformulating my "weaknesses", how is this one?
"I am fairly confident in my work which sometimes lead me to have very strong convictions, that coupled with my lack of expansive experience often leads to me taking extra steps to find a no when someone with more experience could have found "no" two steps earlier"
