focus on 1)walk me through your resume/tell me your story 2) why PJ 3) Why IB. Also, make sure you work on organizing your answers and keeping your answers concise. Nail the behavioral and look over www.ibankingfaq.com for any last minute technicals review. Should be mainly behavioral.

Make sure that in any correspondence with the firm you spell the name correctly. It's spelled, Piper Jaffray.

I know couple people who did SA IB and ER in Minneapolis office. I also interviewed with them before. It will be a very fit heavy screen since it's done by the HR. The second call/office interview will be with S&T people.
