To be honest, I really doubt your FT employer will even check/care, so don't shoot yourself in the foot by telling them.
If I was in that position I would do something sweet like get authorized as a bounty hunter and serve orders or work at a ski resort.
Not sure why you need another internship. Why not just take a break for 6 months?
