Post HR phone interview etiquette

I had a phone interview with a HCM Analyst from Goldman Sachs regarding an Associate position I applied for. The phone interview was December 26 and she had let me know if I didn't hear anything from her within the first 2-3 weeks of January to let her know. Well, I e-mailed her on Monday to ask about my status and I haven't heard back yet. Has anyone else ever waited this long or do you all think I've been ghosted? Should I bug her again and when? My application status still states "Resume Under Review".
