Post interview waiting
Ideally, how long should one wait to hear back, after doing multiple rounds of interviews (including onsites), to conclude that it is a reject.

1 week providing you know super days have ended. My slowest offer came after 7 days.
But my problem is - I haven't even got a reject email even after continued persual to get an answer. Do they generally want the candidates to implicitly assume the answer.
zombitivity, if its Morgan stanley, those so*s will most likely never tell you you've been dinged. My first round with them was two weeks and am yet to hear back but yeah 7 days is a safe timeline to conclude a rejection for most places
Yeah, I guess you guys are right. It sucks that the firm does 10 rounds of interview, and then suddenly decide to play quiet. I actually thought my interviews went really good and should have had atleast some answer. But I guess this is how they generally do it.
What about with small HFs or PE places?
I had an interview about 2 weeks ago, i emailed last week and he responded saying hes still meeting other people.
Do you think he already picked somebody? Or are they being really thorough?
