Pre/Post interview strategy w/ BBs
Currently interviewing with 4 BB's. Have a few questions for dealing with recruiters pre/post interview:

If interviewer is a non-alumn, is it good idea to contact them and try ask questions and build connection before interview?

After 1st round, is it good idea to be contact them and express interest? To bankers, is this annoying?

When does does it help to call friends/analysts at banks after 1st round interviews? Can they provide pull after 1st round is over?
