Private Trader. Advice Needed

Hi everyone this is my first post here even though I've been lurking around the forums for quite some time. I'm currently an independent futures trader and I'm looking to trade professionally. The problem is that I don't have any finance background, came from a non target school and have a 3.0 GPA. I can easily understand how this can be viewed as a shot in the dark but I have a passion for trading and really want to break into the industry. Are there any suggestions out there? Thanks

Correct. I've been out of school about a year now. I was given money by my father to start a small futures account but had it taken away a few months later after he needed to use it. Now I'm strictly on simulation and fear that firms won't take me seriously. For that matter I don't even know which firms to look at. I hear prop firms require you putting in your own money but I don't know anything about their reputation and exit opportunities from there

Under my tutelage, you will grow from boys to men. From men into gladiators. And from gladiators into SWANSONS.

hotshot515What does that have to do with anything?(even if it is sarcasm)

What's with the cryptic bs? Just say it how it really is.
