Procure to pay...good for a sophomore internship? And what the hell is it?

ok so I had an interview with a firm where my school is located (big city, population 500,000+ but no NYC/Chicago/LA etc... that I would love to intern with. But I'm content with my college city). It was a screening interview and they really liked me because I can start working right away for 2.5 days/week because of my class schedule. Internship would carry over into the summer, which is kinda nice.

But I'm still trying to figure out what procure to pay is (and how I can spin it in to sounding like more finance experience). From what I gather on the internet, procurement is kinda finance/accounting related, but more so accounting? Better than an accounting internship but not as good as a financial analyst internship?

Pay is pretty good internship wise, and it is with a F500 firm at their headquarters, so that is pretty cool.

Technically don't have an offer, but they seemed to really like me and I have my school's career fair in a week and half but I'm wondering if I should jump on this since I am a sophomore, and take what I can get, while I can.
