Profile Picture on Email Account?
Is it weird to have a professional headshot set as your profile picture for your gmail account? Does it matter at all? Most of the professionals I've networked with don't have a profile picture, so was just looking to hear some opinions...
Just let it default to your initials. I don't want to see your face.
