Proxy Research and Glass, Lewis & Co

Got invited to an interview at this company. They advise investors on how to vote on proxy proposals. From the listing, as a research associate you need to analyze filings (which are in a foreign language), summarize and translate into English and provide a recommendation.

Anyone has any experience with this type of work? And specifically with Glass, Lewis & Co.? Any insight on interview difficulty and process and whether compensation can be negotiated with them would be very useful.
