PwC Elevate Program Interview NYC

Hello all,

I just recently interviewed for PwC's elevate program for this summer. Just thought I'd share some basic information to help some people out who are wondering how the interview goes who haven't interviewed yet.

Interviewer: Partner at the office closest to your campus Service Line: whichever one you picked on the preference form Length: 20-30 minutes

Behavioral Questions: 1. Tell me about a time when you encountered a time conflict and how you best went about structuring your time and getting the work done. 2. Tell me about a time when you were able to provide a unique spark on a team engagement (sports team, school project, or case challenge etc.)

Rest of Interview: Know what you want out of the service line of your preference Why PwC? Know your resume like the back of your hand The more personal the better- any stories you can incorporate when you overcame adversity

Other Advice: Do some research on the partner who interviews you before...I had an idea of who I would be interviewing with because of a couple of case challenges and networking events I did with the company before the interview. I was able to show off my researching knowledge by asking him how his past work experience applied to PwC (he seemed impressed).

Have at least 3-4 questions at the end of the interview...don't leave anything on the table...sell yourself and go kill it.
