Question on Third-Party Recruiters
If I speak with a third-party recruiter, they tell me the name of their client and the open position, and I either don't hear back from the recruiter or the recruiter says it's not a good fit, can I still apply to the position directly or am I obligated to stay with the third-party recruiter for all applications to that specific firm?
