Question regarding perception of international internships and recruiting
How is international experience viewed for full-time recruiting in the US. For example, If you have Big 4 or MBB consulting experience in China, how is this seen as compared to the same role/company in the US? If you have a better opportunity in China compared to a mediocre opportunity in the US, which would be better for full-time recruiting assuming you require sponsorship?
