Questions about Software developer or Tester jobs

I am a Chinese, I am a software developer, too.

Is education experience very important for getting a job about Software develop or Tester jobs out of China?

In China. If you want to go in a big company about software developing, you have to get the Master Degree at the college.

I want to know if the requirement is the same out of China.

A CS major is important. Beyond that, it really comes down to how competent you come off in the interviews.

You can graduate from a community college and Goldman will give you a phone interview. And if you knock it out of the park, they'll give you a full-time offer. This is even somewhat applicable in quant development.

Communication skills ARE important, however.
