I am finishing up my resume for SA positions right now and was wondering what everyone’s opinion was about including that I am graduating a year early on my resume. I thought that it showed I was driven and hardworking but am afraid it might just make me look like a self indulgent douche.

I wouldn't include it on your resume but I may mention it during interviews. Nothing wrong with selling yourself.
I think it speaks to the former - smart, motivated, and hardworking. However, my only questiond for you would be, why the rush?
I also graduated in 3 years and I used to mention that on my resume. So obviously, I think it's fine.
