Quirky or miscellaneous things to put on a CV

I was reading an article I found on how to make your resume stand out.

It is pretty good overall. However, they do mention around the end that you could add quirky or miscellaneous things to make your resume stand out. The author mentions that he or she held three different passports. I, for instance, have lived in 5 different countries and I don't know how I feel about mentioning that in a resume. Would it be worth mentioning or is it too irrelevant?

Thanks

PS: I tried posting the link but couldn't because of a spam filter.
