Quitting internship

I'm a rising junior interning at a small boutique firm in the Midwest. I'm not getting paid and the firm is expecting 10-15 more hours per week than what was written in the offer letter and overall a bad experience. I already have an internship at a BB next summer. How bad of a look is it to quit? What would be the best way to leave?

gucciloafers, what's your opinion? Comment below:

I'm getting paid a housing stipend which is almost nothing. Only thing I'm concerned about is that my real internship next year is in the same city. Could leaving affect my chances at a return offer?
