Quitting While Still Interviewing

I have an offer for another job that I accepted, but I'm very interested in other positions which I still have yet to interview for that I will turn down my current offer for. The new job will start in 2 weeks, and the interviews will be sometime this week and the other one is unscheduled. I want to put in my 2 weeks notice now and let my boss know that I have 2 days that I'll need off to interview for other spots, but I'm concerned that he'll just fire me before the 2 weeks. If that's the case, then I won't be able to say I work at my current company while on the interviews. How should I handle that if it comes up? Additionally, I'd like to try to get both of my interviews done this week, so if I tell them I have another offer, will they look into it and find out I've already accepted? If so, then what's my best move for getting the interviews to a sooner date without telling them of my current offer?

Just give your two weeks and say you need a couple of personal days for other reasons, don't tell them you're interviewing....if they ask tell them you're starting at the job you've accepted (which may be true, because you haven't got the other offers yet).
