RE IB Exit Opps

Hey monkeys. Interviewing with a BB's RE team soon, & I'm curious to know what the exit opps are like, since I've heard the work is a lot more unique / less transferable than other industry coverage groups. Anyone have any experience? I don't have an offer, just curious about what happens after analysts leave their stint — assuming REPE, REITs are common exits? Do many lateral to less niche groups?
